How to renew my membership? |
| |
The Membership is for one year. Before your membership subscription expire, GEBN support team will send you the reminder mail for renewing your membership and to continue without break of services. We will also provide one week time after subscription gets over to renew. Once renew the acknowledge mail will be send to your e-mail id and you may continue availing GEBN membership benefits. |

Can I upgrade my membership? |
| |
No. You cannot upgrade your membership but you can cancel your subscription and rejoin GEBN with higher membership subscription. Kindly refer refund policy for cancellation. |

Why my account closed? |
| |
The usual reason is you didn't authenticate your email, or email we have sent to you is bouncing back. Please register again, make sure your email address is correct, and respond to our request to authenticate your email address. Kindly provide the correct data for processing.
